Owner & Creative Director
Cassy has almost two decades of event production experience and began her career managing private estates for social and corporate events. Since opening Cassy Rose Events in 2013, she continues to produce distinct events and holds a soft spot for private homes and unique, non-traditional venues. Her experience in logistical management and creative direction ensures flawlessly executed events that reflect her client’s vision with no detail overlooked.
Cassy Rose Events has offices in San Francisco and Detroit, with work featured in publications such as VOGUE, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, InStyle Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, BRIDES, The Knot, and California Wedding Day Magazine. A Cassy Rose event is distinguished by its effortless, understated elegance and fresh design elements.
Cassy holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Michigan and an MA in Adventure Education from Prescott College. As someone with years of hands-on experience planning backcountry expeditions and medical emergency response plans, Cassy is a pro at keeping her cool, even when that bustle pops.
When she isn’t geeking out on spreadsheets or problem-solving on the fly in her infamous fanny pack, Cassy enjoys yoga, finding excuses to start home reno projects, promoting social justice education, and taste-testing her husband’s home-brewed beer.

Director of Events
With over 10 years of experience in the events industry, Hayley joined Cassy Rose Events in 2014 to ensure that every event looks effortless, right down to the last flawlessly folded napkin. Whether she’s styling tablescapes or working closely with your creative team to guarantee flawless execution, Hayley pays meticulous attention to those small personal details that make your event more memorable. When she’s not crafting or expanding her ribbon collection, you’ll find her rescuing stray animals, camping with friends, or planning her next world adventure.
Emma Rapp
Director of Operations
Originally from Kentucky, Emma’s passion for biscuits and bourbon is only matched by her love of logistics. With over 12 years of experience planning nonprofit and corporate events, Emma joined Cassy Rose Events in 2013 to manage back-of-house operations on the day of your event. She’s the one who creates a seamless flow behind the scenes of every event, from vendor check-ins and support, to troubleshooting tech issues and arranging guest transportation. In between managing operations and planning her own upcoming wedding, Emma loves reading and running.
